Each day I will write about something that a person can do to help others. I want to show that we can help others without having a lot of money or time. I feel strongly that we all have something that we can offer. The things that I write about will usually not take up much time or require large donations. I love the daily Ways to Save. When you watch this video you will be shocked, like I was that such abuse goes on.  The United States has stopped the slaughter of horses, but this has not stopped the terrible abuse.  Horses are being transferred to Canada and Mexico.  Horses are transferred by truck in deplorable conditions.  They are not fed or kept warm.  They are not taken out of the truck even when they are sick.  When they reach their destination to be killed they are abuses before they are slaughtered.  This has to stop.  You can help these precious animals by signing a petition.
