Each day I will write about something that a person can do to help others. I want to prove that we can help others and our world without having a lot of money or time. I feel strongly that we all have something that we can offer. The things that I write about will usually not take up much time or require large donations.

Action:  Just pack 5lbs extra in your luggage for items that are needed in the area you are traveling to

Time Needed:  About ½ hour extra to pick up and pack items

Requirements:  Have to be traveling to certain areas in the world

Cost:  cost of items you are bring to the area (example pencils)

If you are traveling to Africa, South American, Central America, Caribbean, North America, Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Oceania, or parts of Europe you can pack a few extra things to bring for local organizations that are in need.   They have lists of needs that include school supplies, games, medical supplies, and soccer balls.  The site tells you how to pack and tells you where to drop off the items.  This is a great way to travel for a cause.  It will only take a little extra time to drop off your donation but the good feeling will last a life time!!!  This site makes me want to travel more.
