Would you serve your family fish that has been genetically altered?  I know I would not want to, however, the ability is there now and this is exactly what is being researched by a number of companies.  You might wonder why a company would want to chemically alter the fish that they sell.  The reason is because it would make the fish larger so that you could get a nice big salmon to serve to your family.  However the truth is this “improved” fish has not been around long enough for anyone to know the effects on the people that eat it.  You can sign a petition to say no to this “advancement” so that people that are in power will know that you want to keep your fish safe and exactly the way they are.
