Each day I will write about something that a person can do to help others. I want to show that we can help others without having a lot of money or time. I feel strongly that we all have something that we can offer. The things that I write about will usually not take up much time or require large donations. I love the daily Ways To Save. This can be a Ways To Give.

Baking GALS stands for Give A Little Support.  This is what this organization does; it gives support to our troops.  What do we need to do to give our troops this support is bake.  Show our troops with are thinking about them by sending them a little piece of homemade goodies.  You have to sign up and join a team and send out monthly packages to a soldier in a war zone.  I love this site and I love the work that is being done here.  Please check it out and I am sure you will be as excited as I am to get baking.  When you ship I suggest you use the flat rate boxes through the postal service.  You also need to fill out a customs form since your good are going overseas.  It isn’t hard at all and for all our troops to do for us, it is easy!!!
