Elmwood Village Announces $500 Anti-Graffiti Reward

The Elmwood Village Association announces a $500 cash reward for information leading to the arrest and successful prosecution of the individual responsible for graffiti at 715 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, New York.  Reward money pledged by Buffalo Management Group.  Crime Stoppers is also offering up to $1000 for information. 

Executive Director Justin Azzarella is, “happy to work with our partners Mayor Byron W. Brown, Buffalo Management Group, Buffalo Crime Stoppers and Western New York Anti-Graffiti Task Force to raise awareness of the impacts of graffiti on the community.  We will continue to work with our partners and the appropriate authorities to prosecute taggers in the Elmwood Village.” 

“I am pleased that the city is able to contribute to this collaborative effort between the Elmwood Village Association, law enforcement and local residents,” said Mayor Byron Brown. “We continue to take all types of quality of life issues seriously, including graffiti. It is important for community organizations and city government to work together to keep our neighborhoods strong.”
