BUFFALO, NY - Thousands of runners descended on Delaware Park tonight for the 32nd Annual JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge.
A total of 12,667 runners and walkers from 403 different companies in Erie County took part in the 3.5 mile road race and party.
This year's event benefits the American Red Cross of Greater Buffalo.
The big companies that took part are Tops Friendly Markets, Buffalo Public Schools and Kalieda Health.
Individual winners were Vasilis Kariolis of Dopkins & Co. in the men's division with a winning time of 17:51 and Jennifer Koeppel-Acker of Amherst Central School District in the women's division with a time of 20:35.
After an evening of parking restrictions and road closings, traffic in the area has returned to normal.
