The Sherriff's Office says Strike Force Deputies Mike Hoock and Jason Breinlinger arrested George J. Mitchell, 22, of Buffalo at Military Road and Hertel Avenue around 7:30 p.m.

Mitchell was found to have a few small bags of marijuana on him, and he admitted to having 15 un-prescribed Lortabs in his car's center console.
He was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Mitchell will stay at the Erie County Holding Center until he can post $500 bail or until his arraignment in Buffalo City Court.
