BUFFALO, N.Y. -- It doesn't take that long to demolish an old church.
The old North Park Baptist Church at Colvin and Tacoma in North Buffalo is almost gone. Demolition got underway this week after owners were granted a permit by the city.
Preservationists unsuccessfully tried to save the church, that was heavily damaged by fire last April.
