Eadie has served a two-year tenure as the principal at North Tonawanda Catholic and over ten years as a teacher within Catholic schools.

A native of the city of Buffalo, Eadie received her Master's Degree in School Administration from Canisius College. She also has a Master's Degree in Elementary Education.

Delaware Park to Offer Carriage Rides

BUFFALO-Starting this Sunday, the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy and Delaware Park will be offering horse drawn carriage rides.

There will be two separate routes. One will stay strictly inside the park and the other route will take to the surrounding streets.

The rides themselves will go from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays and will cost around $25, depending on the route you choose.

Organizers say that the park was originally designed for carriage rides, and they were popular when the park first opened in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

Buffalo Zoo to Welcome New Neighbor

Even though it opened in December of 2008, Sweet_Ness 7 Cafe on Grant Street in Buffalo looks like it's been there forever. We mean that in a good way. An Old World feel and a great selection of food and beverages have made Sweet_Ness 7 Cafe a favorite destination in the city and beyond.

And now, a new location, by the Buffalo Zoo will likely be open by the end of the summer.

The cafe on Grant shares a building, and a website, with the art gallery next door.
